1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using OntarioHeating.ca and our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
OntarioHeating.ca provides business consulting, marketing strategy, website development, SEO services, automation solutions, and operations consulting specifically for HVAC and heating contractors in Ontario, Canada.
Services are provided by Ali Sedighi and associated professionals. The scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements or proposals.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
- Make timely payments as agreed
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during consultations
- Use provided services in compliance with all applicable laws
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Clients agree to pay all fees as outlined in their service agreement. Late payments may be subject to additional fees or suspension of services.
We may offer performance-based pricing models as outlined in specific agreements.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, strategies, and deliverables created by OntarioHeating.ca remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, specified deliverables will be transferred to the client as outlined in the service agreement.
Clients retain ownership of their business information and data shared with us.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of our business relationship. This includes business strategies, financial information, customer data, and trade secrets.
7. Limitation of Liability
OntarioHeating.ca provides consulting and strategic guidance. We make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes or results. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Client remains responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
